I am writing this review in the midst of a weeklong heatwave. Our AC unit failed to work when we kicked it on at the start of the heatwave. We called Border for help. Despite an avalanche of calls from customers with AC problems they were able to work us into their busy schedule. Ben came by and quickly diagnosed a bad coil within the system. Despite our HVAC system being a brand they do not install, they were able to determine the coil was still under warranty and obtain the new coil within a matter of two days. LeAnn and the gals in the front office then worked us back into their already saturated schedule and they now have us up and running with cool air. Ben communicated with us at every step. He knows what the heck he is doing; friendly, knowledgeable, hard-working and professional. Best of all, the cost of the repair was less than we anticipated. We will be calling them for all of our future HVAC needs. I highly recommend this company.

My air conditioner was blowing air but it wasn’t cold and it’s July and around 100 degrees. I do a lot of DIY around my home and property but after watching some YouTube videos I decided that this HVAC situation was more than I wanted to dive into. So I called Border and Ben came out the next day. He was very nice and explained everything he was doing. He located the issues and fixed the problems: one of which was a refrigerant shortage of 3 pounds. After checking everything out, cleaning the unit and adding refrigerant Ben gave me a few tips on keeping things running smoothly. Overall a great experience and I am very glad my house is nice and cool for the hot summer days. I know who to call for any future issues or maintenance jobs that seem beyond the DIY level I feel comfortable with.

They came out this morning, did the install and were finished in just a few hours. Their work was excellent - they were efficient, precise and were extremely careful and conscientious about working on our 1946 family cabin. All of the guys were polite, kind and helpful, testing each unit and then explaining how to use the system and telling me to call if I had any questions or concerns.
