We had a small gas leak next to our water heater which obviously caused a little scare. I called Borders and within 2 hours of the initial call had made it out to the property and repaired the leak with no issues. From initial contact with the miss who answered the phone, Natalie, to the service representative who came out to fix the issue, Jason, they were incredibly professional, polite and most importantly genuine. I felt like I was talking to real people who actually cared to listen. Could not recommend them more!

I had been nursing the original furnace in my home for a few years now. It was 28+ years old and starting to need a little more than just filters and as it turned out was a Border original. Border came to my home, gave an estimate and I went with them. I had a new furnace and ac installed for the home. It was not only more affordable than anyone else, the installers were professional and very thorough and clean! They even cleaned up my laundry room cleaner than I keep it after they were done. I was so happy with the entire process.So far I have only had to run the ac which was amazing this summer and now I am ready to switch over to the furnace. I would totally recommend this company for all your heating and cooling needs.

I love this company.I called for repair of my air conditioner and the guy who installed it said I needed a part that he did not have.I called Borders they came right now it was under warranty and there was no charge. I will only use Borders, and John Roman, is the Man! He is very professional, knowledgeable and nice.Oh and by the way they do cleaning of the fireplaces which I’m having that done later.

I came home yesterday evening and my wife told me the A/C wasn't working properly. As always seems to be the case when things stop working, the timing was perfect (not). It was over 90 degrees outside and the next several days were supposed to be 100. AND our daughter and her husband were coming up the following day to visit for the next several days (of course).Our good friends had recommended Border to us and we'd always heard great things about them from other people. So we called and spoke to their after hours dispatcher who told us that their on-call technician, Matt, was on another call but would call us back when he was done.Around 9pm, Matt called. He was very nice and initially tried to help us over the phone to help save us the expense of having to pay for a service call. However, once he realized that we'd done everything possible to resolve the issue, he said he'd be right over.When he arrived, he was very polite and very thorough. He checked everything and explained what he was doing as he went. He finally found that the main A/C capacitor had gone bad and promptly replaced it. Our A/C now works perfectly!My wife and I were very impressed with the level of service provided by Border Sheet Metal. We were also very grateful to have such a nice, knowledgeable technician come to our house late at night and fix our A/C in time for our daughter's arrival. We have been using Border for over 10 years to service our heat pump/furnace. After they did their yearly tuneup in early June, my heat pump decided to die! It was 100% nothing to do with them, just my heat pump reached the end of it’s lifespan (13 years) made worse by the way our zoning system which was installed initially by another company. Border limped it along for years and when the compressor broke 4th of July weekend and the first warm weather we had…..they came to the rescue. I think they felt bad for us and knew we made an effort to maintain our equipment over the years. I spent the holiday weekend trying to line up bids for an A/C instead of a heat pump, with the plan to continue to limp along my gas furnace. Border even came out a few times after hours and tried to limp it along, but no luck. Because I have ALWAYS been so impressed with their quick responses, I knew I would only use them for future maintenance, this meant I wanted to buy the equipment they sell. This means Lennox. The 5th of July we came up with a plan to get a Lennox A/C, new furnace, smart thermostat, and zone improvement. I decided I didn’t want to be replacing the furnace next year and our thermostat was already trying to die. Yes, there was a pretty chunk of savings gone overnight! However, in 3 days I had the entire thing replaced!!! Other companies were not going to be able to do that till the end of August!! No way, would summer be any fun, without A/C, but also in a supply shortage and labor shortage, it is to be expected. Again, this is why I am SO HAPPY with Border. I have a new amazing Lennox system and I’m kicking back enjoying the cool air! Thanks again!!

Border Sheet Metal's technician was the most skilled and knowledgable repairman possible. His understanding of a furnace was astonishing. I called three companies when our furnace stopped on a very cold day. One (the original installer) did not have our install in their new system and had to "check" and call back. Another sent a technician that misinterpreted the error codes and wanted to charge us over $1,000 and could not repair the system that day. Then Border Sheet Metal offered to send someone over for a 2nd opinion. The difference was astounding. The Border technician found the problem, fixed it and corrected two other problems and had the furnace running just fine. (no circuit board needed!). Polite, professional and the best customer service you could want. Highly recommend this company.

We just had the Borders crew install a heat pump and furnace. We have tried to use them for all our heating and water heater work over the last 20 years. This place is the best in town. Greg and Lea Ann are great to work with and show pride in their business. You name it involving ducting and HVAC they have done it for me. I would not go to another HVAC company in town. I have done business with all of their competitors and not impressed. Stay away from Bills and Trademark.

I've been doing business with Border Sheet Metal for five years. I'm not sure why I've not written a review til now because it has always been well deserved. Everyone I've ever dealt with is fantastic, right down to the wonderful woman that answers the phone and schedules appointments. They've always taken care of my primary residence and today was their first appointment at my rental. And again the service was phenomenal. The heater is very old and Bryant gave it some TLC and says it should be good for 4-5 more years, but did tell me to start saving my pennies. I will. And when that time comes Border Sheet Metal will be installing the new system. Guaranteed. Thank you to all of you for always going above and beyond. Great prices too!!

Ken provided outstanding service during annual maintenance of our HVAC system. My fireplace practically looks new and functions so much better after his thorough cleaning of the logs and components.
